Education: Graduated from the Moscow State Pedagogical University with specialty in «Sociology and Psychology of Management» in 2003.
Career: Anna Dobryakova began her career in the sphere of personnel consulting right after graduating from the university. Her first job was with Coleman Services as junior consultant. She participated in the projects for search and selection of personnel in the sphere of sales and marketing.
At ANCOR: Joined the company in 2004 and started work in the «Selection of specialists and managers» department. At first she took part in the development of the real estate and construction market and in 2006 made a transition to the «Professional services» group, where she partook in the projects for selection of personnel for the banks and financial companies. In 2007 she organized and headed the group of consultants who work with financial institutions. Since the beginning of 2008 Anna is the deputy head of ANCOR Banking, Financial Services relationsresponsible for the work with key clients and operational management. On the 1st September 2009 she was appointed the General Manager of «ANCOR Banking, Financial Services».
