Career: The whole Ivan’s professional career is connected with the sphere of personnel management.

At ANCOR: Ivan has been working at ANCOR since 2004. He began his work in the company as a recruiter for the «Complex solutions» division. Then he became a group leader of recruiters and later was transferred to the subdivision for recruitment in the sphere of real estate and construction. Since January 2008 he has been the head of industry-specific company ANCOR Real Estate & Construction. On the 3d August 2009 he was appointed the General Manager of ANCOR Energy Services.
