Education: Graduated from the First Moscow Medical Institute named after I. M. Sechenov with specialty in «Medical care».
Career: For several years Irina Olkhovenko worked as a physician in different clinics. In 1996 she made a career change and joined Acapella advertising agency, where she developed the service of personnel recruitment and organized «Career days».
At ANCOR: In 1998 Irina came to ANCOR to work on the development of the new project called Center for Career Development (outplacement services, consulting for clients and candidates). In 1999 she worked as a consultant, developing the pharmaceutical market for personnel services.
In 2005 Irina organized and headed the group of consultants who work with medical and pharmaceutical companies. In 2008 she was appointed the head of the newly-created industry-specific company ANCOR Healthcare & Pharmacy, which is a part of ANCOR Holding.
