Education: Graduate of Siberian State Technological University in Krasnoyarsk (2003). In 2005, Anna graduated from the President's Program for the Preparation of Manager Cadre for the Russian Economy based in Krasnoyarsky State University's Department of Economics, with Management as the major subject. In 2006, as part of the President's Program, she did her internship at reSOURCE Dresden GmbH (personnel development and HR condsulting), Dresden, Germany, New Federal States Consortium.

Career: The whole Ivan’s professional career is connected with the sphere of personnel management.

At ANCOR: Anna started her professional career in recruitment in 2004 by joining ANCOR’s Krasnoyarsk branch where she managed personnel selection projects for Finance and Information Technology sectors. Anna Krustalyova joined ANCOR in 2008 as head of the Saint Petersburg branch of ANCOR Real Estate and Construction. She was appointed director of the industry company ANCOR Real Estate and Construction with effect from August 03, 2009.
