Education: Specialist degree in Organization Management obtained from the Southern University of Management, Krasnodar.
Career: Since 1996 till 2002, Nadezhda worked with SBS holding, a furniture manufacturing and a shopping & entertainment company.
At ANCOR: Nadezhda has been involved in recruitment and HR management since 2002. She started as a consultant in 2004 and was promoted to Head of Professional Search and Selection in 2007. Nadezhda selected staff for various sectors, including FMCG; Marketing, Advertising, and PR; Restaurants; Hotels; Retail; Automotive; Industrial Sales. From September 2007, Nadezhda was Director of ANCOR office in Ekaterinburg. Starting from 9 February 2009, Nadezhda Kuzminskaya is appointed Deputy Head of ANCOR Retail & HoReCa.
