Sergei Salikov

General Manager

Place of birth: Primorsky (Maritime) Region
Education:Graduated from the State Far Eastern Maritime Academy majoring in engineering and navigation in 1992.
Career:Sergei Salikov studied and worked in the fleet from 1985 to 1994.
At ANCOR: In 1994 Sergei became ANCOR regional representative in the Far East. In 1995 Sergei Salikov was appointed as the Director of ANCOR’s subsidiary company — ANCOR in Vladivostok. In 1998 Sergei purchased ANCOR’s office in Vladivostok into his personal ownership and signed the franchising agreement with ANCOR Head office. In 1999-2000 Salikov formed ANCOR Eastern division. Also Sergei opened up subsidiary companies of ANCOR in Irkutsk and Khabarovsk. In 2004 he joined the newly-created ANCOR Group with these three companies. Sergei Salikov had been working in the Management company of ANCOR Group since 2004 as the Director of Regional Development, since 2007 — the Vice-president, Business Development. On the 15th September 2008 he was appointed as the Managing Director by decision of Board of Directors.

Ivan Pirozhkov

General Manager economic adviser

Place of birth: Bishkek, Kyrgyzstan.
Education: Ivan Pirozhkov graduated from Novosibirsk State University, Mathematics & Mechanics Faculty. Since 2008 undergoes MBA Finances program in the State University «Higher School of Economics».
Career: In 1998-2000 held the position of the chief financial officer at Novosibirsk representative office of AIESEC international non-profit organization. In 2000-2002 was the chief financial officer at AIESEC national headquarters in Russia, Belarus, and Kazakhstan. In 2002-2004 was the chief financial officer in Clarus Team advertising group.
At ANCOR: Since 2004 Ivan Pirozhkov worked as the chief financial officer of ANCOR Holding. Since March 1, 2011 he was named as the General Manager economic adviser.

Alexei Mironov

Director for Strategic Development

Place of birth: Kolomna, Moscow Region
Education: Alexei graduated from Kolomna State Pedagogical Institute and has two diplomas majoring in Linguistics and National Economy. Alexei also received MBA degree in marketing in the All-Russian Academy of Foreign Trade.
Career: In 2001-2005 Alexei worked for Coleman Service where went from consultant to the head of the marketing and business development department.
At ANCOR: Alexei joined ANCOR in 2005 as the national manager for business development, later took the lead of Key Account Management. From 11 January 2009, he was Account Relations Director at ANCOR Since 2008 Alexei is a member of the Board of Directors. On 11 January 2010, appointed Deputy General Manager for Business Development at ANCOR. On April 2011, appointed Director for Strategic Development at ANCOR.

Oksana Timofeeva

Financial Director

Place of birth: Russia
Education: Oksana Timofeeva graduated from Ukhta Industrial Institute, specialty — Oil and gas geology, and in 2006 graduated from Moscow Academy of Finance and Law, specialty — Financial Management.
Career: Oksana Timofeeva started professional activity as a financial manager in «Russian Standard» company. In 2004-2006 ă. worked as the head of a treasury department in a retail trade network.
At ANCOR: Since 2008 Oksana Timofeeva worked as the head of ANCOR Holding Treasury Department. Since March 1, 2011 she has been named as the chief financial officer of ANCOR Holding.

Sergei Gadetsky

Country Director, Russia

Place of birth: Kursk region.
Education: He had graduated from the Physics Department of Lomonosov Moscow State University, he is Cand. of Physical and Mathematical Sc. In 1999 he gained MBA diploma of American Business and Economics Institute in Moscow. He attended a number of professional trainings, including Praendex, AchieveGlobal, CBSD, SHL, Mercer, Hay Group.
Career: Sergei Gadetsky started his career in Chemical Physics Institute of Academy of Sciences of the USSR, as a research scientist. During three years he worked in the USA, in the the Optical Sciences Center, University of Arizona. Sergei started to develop his corporate HR experience in 1997, as a researcher in Japan Tobacco International, where by 2005 he achieved the position of HR Department Director. He was in charge of the development of company's HR management strategy and personnel reserve management program and the programs' approval in the headquarters of the company. In 2005 Sergei joined MDM Bank as an HR Department Director. He managed all the activities of the Bank HR Department which encountered about 6,000 people. Since 2007 Sergei Gadetsky held the position of General Director, since 2010 — the position of partner of Human Capital Solutions, exclusive partner of Mercer Company in Russia.
At ANCOR: Since June 1, 2011 he was appointed the Director for Russia.

Lyudmila Belova

Country Director, Kazakhstan

Place of birth: Almaty
Education: Degree in Psychology obtained in 1995 from the Pedagogical University named after Gertsen (Saint Petersburg). From 2004 till 2006, she studied at the International Academy of Business, Almaty.
Career: From 1990 till 1995, Lyudmila worked as a school psychologist in Secondary School nr. 3 (Saint Petersburg). From 1995 till 1997, she was an HR inspector at AO Elens (Saint Petersburg). From 1997 till 2000 — acting Director at Bobkoff & KNAUF construction company (Atyrau). From 2000 till 2004 — General Director at BILMEX (Almaty). From 2004 till 2005 — General Director at UNISPA (Almaty). From 2005 till 2007 — Director for Business development at DICOSTA.
At ANCOR: From 2007 till 2009, Lyudmila was Director of ANCOR Staff Leasing Company in Almaty. On the 2nd March 2009 she was appointed the Director of ANCOR Central Asia.

Elena Grineva

Country Director, Ukraine

Place of birth: Taganrog, Russia
Education: In 1996 she graduated from the Taganrog State Teacher Training Institute as an «English and Spanish teacher»
At ANCOR: Elena has been working in ANCOR Holding since February 2003. She started as a Junior Consultant in the ANCOR Rostov-on-Don office and gained a position of a Recruitment Consultant. In March 2005 Elena Grineva was appointed the director of new ANCOR office in Volgograd where she was responsible for startup development of the company’s business and product range in the region. In 2006 being a regional manager of the Holding she opened branch offices of ANCOR Staff leasing Company in Volgograd and Rostov-on-Don. Since February 2010 she became the head of «South, Volga region» macro-region branch and was in charge of ANCOR business operations in 9 Russian cities. On July 1, 2011 Elena was appointed the Country Director, Ukraine of ANCOR Holding.
