ANCOR is providing a sufficient number of personnel who have required profile, skills and qualifications for work at the company for the project duration. The client can benefit from this additional workforce without changing the number of in-house staff. ANCOR remains the formal employer of the leased staff.

Obligations of ANCOR

  • Providing a client with a qualified employees
  • Enroll workers onto its staff and formalize labor relations with them
  • Handle all day-to-day HR back-office tasks
  • Manage payroll and compensation packages
  • Calculate income and other taxes and transfer them to the appropriate tax funds
  • Proceed bookkeeping and payments for sick-leave and holidays
  • Provide references upon an employee's request
  • Settle all staff related issues with tax inspectorate, social funds, other related government authorities

Pricing Policy

ANCOR charges for: monthly employees' salary (incl. VAT), taxes calculated in accordance with the Russian Labour Code, bank transfer fee, ANCOR's fee.

Additional Services

By the request of the client ANCOR offers additional services:

  • Voluntary health insurance
  • Life and health insurance
  • Business trips administration
  • Meals allowance or reimbursement of food expenses
  • Mobile phone, transportation, car allowance
  • Organising staff training
  • Supplying personnel with uniform or working clothes

ANCOR does not provide employees for any position that involves financial or material liability, such as operations with cash, financial documents signing and reporting for entrusted values.
