Questions and Answers
How many candidates do you present for a vacancy?
There is no limit in the number of proposed candidates, but in some cases, the number can be limited due to objective reasons. For example, if we search for a highly specialized worker, we can come across with the situation, when as a whole there are only few people of such qualification in the market.
Do the consultants meet a client at his place?
Before start working with a request, ANCOR's consultants necessarily meet a client to clarify all the details of the project. They can meet either at a potential client's place or on ANCOR's territory — the choice is always after the client. Certainly our consultants prefer to go for negotiations to the client's place because it gives them an opportunity to get to know the client's company much better and comprehend deeper its tasks and problems.
Why is ANCOR's fee so high? Why is it 25%, but not 15 or 17%, or in the amount of salary?
The fee of 25% from the gross salary is quite standard for recruitment companies, engaged in professional search and selection. This level of ANCOR can be explained by the use of all the possible tools for search and attraction of candidates inclusive of those, which are widely used in executive search, for example, head-hunting. Moreover, the consultants in other companies for the same methods of executive search and selection charge higher fees than 25%, and almost always run the projects upon condition of down payment.
The fees less than 25%, for example, 20 or 18% corresponds to the level of work, limited by the search methods of advertising vacancies in newspapers and Internet, by work with responses to these ads and the use of agencies' and Internet's data base.
We consider these search methods to work well enough for unspecialized entry-level and typical positions. Low fees also characterize the low quality of an agency's work.
If we signed the agreement, do we have the right to place order in other recruitment companies?
Yes, certainly. The exclusivity is not considered to be a required term of work with ANCOR. But those clients, who place orders exclusively, can get discount from ANCOR.
What if we signed the agreement, but found a person by themselves or via another recruitment agency? Do we have to pay you anything?
If a consultant presented a client not less than 3 candidates, satisfying the requirements, but the client ceased working on the project by some reasons, ANCOR takes cancellation fee in the amount of 30% of the service cost.
Should we make down payment for you service?
Down payment is take if we speak about executive search or selection of a highly specialized worker. Moreover, on a pre-paid basis cross country search is carried out, which is coordinated by only one consultant (for example, an employee of ANCOR's Moscow office.) The amount of down payment is not less than 30% of the general fee and depends on the complexity of the project.
What happens if there was search only for one position, but we decided to take the found candidate for another position?
If the client takes a candidate for the position that was not registered in the agreement, ANCOR's fee is calculated as 25% of the candidate's annual gross income.
What if we take the candidate later (in half a year, in 5 years)?
In case a company hires someone among presented candidates by ANCOR during the term of agreement, and also during 12 months after it ends, the client must inform ANCOR about it, and according to our price policy, must pay to us our fee in the amount of 25% of the candidate's annual gross income.
Why is it impossible to pay fee after successful passing the probation period by a candidate?
It's due to our work of search, selection and assessment of a candidate, in fact, it ends after the candidate is employed. Nevertheless, the guarantee, which ANCOR provides, makes the situation for the client safe — in case of the candidate's failure in passing the probation period, ANCOR makes free replacement.
