ANCOR provides payroll and HR administration services. ANCOR gained considerable practical experience in payroll accounting and HR recordkeeping which is rendered as part of staffing services and personnel provision for operational activities.

Proper payroll accounting and timely payroll payment in compliance with all the requirements of labor and tax legislation are essential to operating activity in every company. ANCOR has at its disposal modern technologies and special technical platforms, BOSS-Kadrovik and 1C: Payroll and HR administration. We are committed to provide client-oriented services thus guaranteeing ultimate convenience for our customers.

Payroll

A basic payroll package comprises the following:

  • payroll accounting in accordance with the applied payroll system, sick leave, maternity leave, insurance and tax payments, individual income tax accounting;
  • preparation of bank payment orders for transfers of salary, taxes, and social dues, data preparation for downloading in the Client-Bank System;
  • preparation of pay slips with detailed information on salary, delivery of pay slips to individual e-mails of employees;
  • payroll transactions filing for downloading into the corporate accounting program;
  • preparation of documentation on salary settlements: payroll preparation, total report, detailed reports with a breakdown by an employee with accrued taxes, insurance payments to the salary budget, etc.
  • preparation of management accounting on salary settlements;
  • quarterly filing of insurance contributions, payroll reporting, cooperation with Ministry of Taxation Inspection Board and Pension Funds;
  • registration of individual record-keeping in the Pension Fund.

ANCOR makes service packages most convenient considering individual requirements of customers.

Service Processing

When the contract is concluded, a detailed schedule of recordkeeping between the customer and ANCOR is approved and allocation of data entering and accounting functions is agreed upon. If the Customer operates for accounting purposes software other than BOSS-Kadrovik and 1C, ANCOR adjusts this database in order to render services subsequently on a regular basis.

Pricing Policy

We offer three payroll packages which are formed according to the following principles:

  • Basic package — set of services that provides for minimal functions of the customer required by the legislation.
  • Extra Services — works that meet the customer's individual requirements.
  • One-Time Services — consulting services: consulting on labor legislation application, HR recordkeeping standards, tax legislation application, payroll accounting regulatory documents, work safety organization, HR documents' audit

Integrated Approach to Client's Needs

ANCOR believes in individual approach to every client. ANCOR offers to arrange cooperation of the customer’s HR department and ANCOR payroll department in order to perform payroll based on the united technical platform BOSS-Kadrovik or 1C: Payroll and HR administration, and providing remote access (SaaS decision). If a customer has no HR department or wants to minimize personnel administration expenses, ANCOR offers aservice HR Administration.

ANCOR services in labor safety compliance will provide for timely and qualitative measures required to organize a company’s labor safety system that meets legislation requirements and considers the Customer’s operational characteristics. We offer our service Labor Safety Compliance Organization in order to arrange Labor Safety Management System (LSMS).
