Audit can be continuous (when all personnel documentation is checked) or selective (when part of documentation is checked). We help our clients to properly arrange documents for auditing.
As a result of the audit, we provide the client with a detailed legal opinion describing the identified risks and recommendations for their exclusion, including recommendations for each document in the employees personal file, ranking of risks in order of importance, considering not only the law, but also the court practice and recommendations of labor inspection.
After the audit, we train the client’s employees, tell them how to structure the work to eliminate the identified violations and prevent them in the future.
