Methods of search, assessment and selection of candidates depend on the tasks specified by the client and may include the following components:

Pricing Policy
The standard ANCOR fee is 25% of annual gross remuneration of the hired candidate, for entry-level or typical positions — 20%. The final amount of service fee and payment terms usually determined by ANCOR’s consultant after discussing with the client project details.
Guarantees
Replacement of the candidate without any additional fee is provided if the client dismisses the candidate or the candidate leaves the company within the first 100 calendar days of employment (for entry-level and typical positions — 90 days). In case of top-management positions, the guarantee period can be extended.
