Natalia Shcherbakova

Chief Sales and Marketing Officer

Graduated with honors from Peoples' Friendship University of Russia with a degree in Philology. Has a Master of Business Management degree in Marketing and Foreign-Economic Activity from Russian Foreign Trade Academy, Ministry of economic development of the Russian Federation. Certified business coach.

In 2013 Natalia started her career with ANCOR as a Chief Sales Officer being responsible for sales and promotion of all ANCOR’s services, developing relationships with current accounts as well as attracting new customers.

From November 2019 Natalia is also leading the Marketing and Public Relations Department.

Before joining ANCOR, Natalia headed Key Account Management Department for over 10 years in international staffing company.

In 2020 Natalia got "E-commerce 360°" certificate at e-commerce business school iWENGO.

On repeated occasions Natalia was ranked in the “Top 1000 Russian Managers” according to Kommersant Publishing House and The Association of Managers of Russia (AMR).
