Oksana Timofeeva

Chief Financial Officer

In 1997 graduated from Ukhta State Technical University with a degree in Oil and Gas Geology. In 2006 graduated from Moscow University of Finance and Law with a degree in Financial Management.

Oksana started her career in ANCOR from 2007 as a Director of Treasury Department, being responsible for financial processes automation of the Holding. New forms of consolidated book-keeping and rules of procedure of Treasury Department were set up under her guidance.

In 2010 Oksana was promoted as a Chief Treasure Officer of ICM Group (ANCOR is a part of this group of companies).

In 2011 Oksana became a Chief Financial Officer of ANCOR, in 2012 she was promoted as a Chief Financial Officer of ICM Group. In 2018-2020 was heading ANCOR Consulting.

In 2017 and 2018 was ranked as one of the most influential figures in global staffing industry according to Staffing Industry Analysts (SIA), global advisor on staffing and workforce solutions (Global Power 150 – Women in Staffing).

In 2019 obtained EМВА’s course “Project management” in Moscow Higher School of Economics.

In 2018 and 2020 was ranked in the “Top 1000 Russian Managers” according to Kommersant Publishing House and The Association of Managers of Russia (AMR).
